This Spring (2011), [email protected] celebrates its 5th annual Online Portfolio Showcase, to highlight the accomplishments and learning practices of our students. Excerpts of student portfolios will be assembled into 'best practice' and 'process-oriented' portfolios and displayed here on the [email protected] website.  Guided Internship Resources

Music Specialist works with two elementary school students Each semester, MIE students can be found doing a wide variety of internships, from conducting their own research projects via the MIE Research Center to teaching private lessons, coaching youth ensembles, conducting Artist Outreach, or exploring connections between literacy and music.
